IIFL Home Finance Ltd. opens new branch at Hubli, to focus on ‘PMAY- Housing for All’ & Swaraj Home Loans

At the occasion of the new branch opening at Hubli, IIFL HFL announced that this branch will promote ‘PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana)- Housing for All’ along with ‘Swaraj Home Loan’ which caters to the vast community of first time home buyers who may or may not be supported by formal income documentation. The branch will also promote specialized product ‘Samman- LAP’, a multi-purpose loan that can be availed by customers to fund financial requirements.
Leading housing finance company, IIFL Home Finance Limited (IIFL HFL) is looking to set new benchmarks in CLSS (Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme) distribution under PMAY with its latest branch in Hubli, Karnataka.The new branch at Hubli, marks the 11th branch of IIFL HFL in Karnataka and will promote PMAY and Swaraj home loan, an initiative by the company which focuses on serving home loan requirements of those customers who do not have formal income proofs. Also the branch will continue to educate and pass on the benefits of PMAY CLSS Subsidy to first time home buyers in the region. 
The new branch located at Deshpande Nagar will also promote ‘Sammaan- Loan Against Property’, a specialized product by the company that allows customers to fund their financial requirements. This branch will cater to customers who are looking for a loan to fund requirements of starting a new business, meet long team working capital needs or simply fund education or marriage of children.Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Manoj V Parvatikar, Zonal Sales Manager, IIFL Home Finance Limited said, “Through our latest branch in Hubli, we will cater to customers with two of our customized products- Swaraj & Samman. The branch was opened amid the presence of distinguished dignitaries, prominent builders, and guests.

IIFL Home Finance Limited has been recognized by Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs as best performing Private Lending Institution under Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme for EWS/LIG under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
