Homebuyers Felicitated and Resolutions Passed to Protect their Interests

(Vishal Duggal and Meeta Duggal, crusaders for homebuyers' rights, being felicitated at the FPCE function) Ghaziabad: The Forum for People's Collective Efforts (FPCE) honoured 15 buyers fighting against the non-delivery of their flats by developers on various platforms like RERA, Consumer Forums, Courts, Social Media etc. During this function, strategies were also devised to curb builders' malpractices and facilitate homebuyers in their struggle to get a roof over their heads. Abhay Upadhyay, president, FPCE (formerly known as Fight for RERA), said that the forum had identified across the country the buyers who have been waging a long, eventful crusade against builders.
