Emami Realty promotes Dr. Nitesh Kumar to MD & CEO

Emami Realty has elevated Dr. Nitesh Kumar, previously CEO, to the role of MD & CEO of the company. A Civil Engineer from University of Pune and an MBA, Dr. Kumar has earned a Ph.D. in Management. A seasoned professional Dr. Kumar has over 27 years of experience in residential, commercial, retail, and institutional real estate sector. He has executed multi-dimensional projects and multiplexes as well.
Commenting on his appointment as MD & CEO of the company, Dr. Kumar said, “It’s a great honour and Emami Realty shall continue the shared aspiration to build an exemplary enterprise of pride.” Emami Realty is the realty arm of Emami Group. It has delivered more than 24 residential and commercial projects primarily in Kolkata.
